ME4U (Marriage Education for You) helps individuals and couples prepare for marriage or strengthen their existing relationship. It addresses the difficult time people have in finding a suitable life partner and the prevalence of confused values and unrealistic expectations (the ‘Cinderella Concept’).

• Able to tackle concepts like sexuality in marriage and sex and pornography education (topics not addressed in other programmes).

• Addresses the impact of mental health issues within marriage and how to address them.

• Provides clarity in terms of rights and responsibilities for the modern Muslim marriage.

• Teaches coaching tools for conflict resolution and navigating issues around extended family and expectations.

• Underpinned by six Quranic principles including Mawada (love), Sakina (tranquillity), and Rahma (mercy).

Format: Offered as a one-day coaching session or potentially delivered over 6 weekly sessions.
