The 5 Pillars of Parenting is our nationally accredited framework rooted in parenting principles within a broad Islamic framework, designed to appeal to the Muslim population regardless of cultural background. The programme does not teach about Islam, but enables parents to understand the psychological concepts taught.

1. Character: Focuses on having good character, morals, personality, and behaviour. It requires parents to model values like Mercy, Kindness, Compassion, and Patience.
2. Knowledge & Skills: Emphasises obtaining knowledge and skills (e.g., emotional intelligence, life skills) in different formats and acting on this knowledge.
3. Action: Involves putting new knowledge, skills, and strategies into practice. Changes become routine and a habit through preparation, consistency, role play, and home tasks.
4. Steadfastness: Being consistent and unwavering. Encourages parents to keep on striving and renew their commitment to achieve significant and lasting changes despite resistance.
5. Positive Relationships: Focuses on stronger family bonding, creating contented families by exhibiting values like love, faith, respect, and trust. This pillar emphasizes respecting and valuing different cultural structures to maintain a cohesive society.
